I didn’t always have Mars Marketing running like a well-oiled machine. In the early days, it was just me, wearing all the hats, trying to juggle everything from client work to emails, and wondering why I couldn’t get ahead. I had to learn the hard way that hustling nonstop wasn’t the key—it was organization, strategy, and balance. One of the biggest game-changers? Automating my CRM. Once I got that in place, I could focus on what really mattered: growing my business and helping others do the same.
My journey taught me why my core values are what they are: competency, because I had to master my craft to succeed; balance, because burnout wasn’t an option; and community, because I wouldn’t have made it this far without support. That’s why my mission is to help Black and Brown entrepreneurs build sustainable, successful businesses with authenticity and strategic growth at the core.
